The "Putin District" in Grozny spans 300 hectares and is designed to house 150,000 residents, featuring six schools, nine kindergartens, two hotels, a mosque, and sports facilities. The opening ceremony included fireworks, motorsport championships, and horse racing events, with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak attending the ribbon-cutting. Kadyrov described the project as "one of the largest in Russia" and called Putin "the man who saved the Chechen people," emphasizing the republic's loyalty to Moscow.
