Start this video as soon as you enter summonners rift and enable sound.
2:05 for sound check (careful: it's pretty loud).
For each cannon wave you'll hear the voice line "minions have spawned".



Ideally, you should back before the cannon wave gets out of the base.

So whenever you hear "minions have spawned", check if hard pushing and pressing b makes sense because from the wave management perspective it might be a good idea to do so.
