今回は額縁などに使われる45°留加工用の治具の紹介です。

どんなに高精度のスライド丸ノコでも、角度切りは微妙に誤差が生じます。初めは精度が出ていても使用しているうちに狂いが生じることがあります。

私が使用しているハイコーキのスライド丸ノコ「C7RSHD」は極めて高精度なプロ機ですが、この機種でさえそのままの角度切りではわずかですが、隙間が生じてしまいます。

今回の治具は45°の額縁制作専用の治具で、これでカットすると４方フレームを隙間なく組むことが可能です。

従来からある手法ですが、Tトラックレールやホールドダウンクランプを使えるようにするなど、工夫をして制作してみました。

額縁つくりでの隙間が生じることに困っている方に必見の動画です。

This time, we would like to introduce a jig for 45° angle cutting, which is used for picture frames and other products.

No matter how high-precision a circular slide saw is, there will always be a slight error in angle cutting. Even if the accuracy is good at the beginning, it may deviate while being used.

The Hikoki C7RSHD slide circular saw that I use is a professional machine with extremely high precision, but even this model has a slight gap when cutting at an angle as is.

The jig used in this project is a special jig for 45° angle frame production, and when cut with this jig, it is possible to assemble a 4-sided frame with no gaps.

This is a conventional method, but we tried to make it creative by making it possible to use T-track rails and hold-down clamps.
