Amtrak's Avelia Liberty & More at Edison – 10/2/20

As I got word that the Avelia Liberty would be returning to Philadelphia, I decided to make a trip down to Edison, NJ, along the Northeast Corridor, to catch it in action. I wanted to get a nice and early start so I would be able to have a great day of high-speed action on the border of the so-called "Jersey Speedway" – and lo and behold, I made the right choice. With quite a few Arrow III catches, a PRR Private Car on Amtrak #43, the Corridor Clipper on Amtrak #174, and of course, the Avelia giving a fantastic hornshow as it ran through the station, the day was definitely one of the best I've had in quite some time. Taken on 10/2/20 with my iPhone 11. Enjoy!
