When we are confronted with toxic behavior, we can be flooded with conflicting thoughts and emotions. On one hand, we may love the toxic person. On the other hand, their behavior may be putting us in danger.

So how do we know whether we should speak up, let go of our grievance, or leave? How do we know when we are being too nice at the expense of our mental health? And how do we know when enough really is enough? I answer these questions and more in my latest YouTube video.
