Gardevoir is a recommendation for this raid so she can heal me. I can't waste my cheers on healing. I needed them for when I get put to sleep by Primarina's Sing.

Taunt on turn 1 to avoid Sing for a while.
Iron head to charge your tera orb until Primarina clears her stats.
After Primarina's stats are cleared, Leer until she puts up her shield.
If you haven't charged up your tera orb yet, use iron head until you can tera. Tera steel ASAP to resist moonblast.
Dragon dance 6 times and heal cheer when you get put to sleep.
After your attack is at +6, iron head til you get the K.O.
