DIY Homemade Treats for Rabbits

With just pellets, oats, and banana you can make easy homemade treats for your rabbit!

Recipe:
1. Add 1 part pellets and 1 part oats to a food processor or blender (I used 1/3 cup of each)
2. Grind the pellet/oat mixture into a powder and transfer to a bowl
3. Add enough mashed banana for the “dough” to stick together (I used one medium banana)
4. Take small pieces of the dough and mold into the shape of your choosing (each of my treats were 10 grams and molded into a round shape)
5. Add more banana to a piping bag or ziplock bag (I used 1/2 of a medium banana)
6. Mash the banana until smooth
7. Cut off the corner of the bag and pipe the mashed banana onto the treats as a form of icing

WARNING: the mashed banana on the treats will turn brown after a short time. You might want to wait to add the mashed banana until right before serving the treats to your rabbit.
These desserts are treats and should be given SPARINGLY to rabbits!
