You need 4 prayer beads in order to make a Prayer Necklace and increase Vitality & Posture.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an action-adventure video game developed by FromSoftware and published by Activision. The game was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 22, 2019. The game follows a Sengoku period shinobi known as Sekiro as he attempts to take revenge on a samurai who attacked him and kidnapped his lord. The game received universal acclaim from critics.

The game takes place in a re-imagined late 16th century Sengoku period Japan. In it, the player takes control of a shinobi who was left for dead after his lord was kidnapped and his arm severed by a leading samurai of the Ashina clan. The shinobi awakens to find that his missing arm has been replaced with a prosthetic by a mysterious sculptor, who dubs him Sekiro, or "the one-armed wolf"
