Last night, I was backstage at Grayson Bar in downtown LA, surrounded by incredible performers. I was there for the open stage hosted by Empowerment in Heels — and the energy was unreal. Watching everyone warm up, I realized something important: every single person in that room once had to face the fear of being a beginner.

So I asked seven performers to share their #1 piece of advice for anyone who wants to start performing but feels scared, stuck, or “not ready.”
