✅ Recipe
Pancakes with Kefir (500 ml)
Ingredients:
Kefir — 500 ml (room temperature is best), Eggs — 2, Sugar — 3–4 tbsp (adjust to taste), Salt — ½ tsp, Flour — about 320–350 g (≈2.5 cups, but add gradually), Baking powder — 2 tsp, Baking soda — ½ tsp (it will react with kefir), Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp (plus a little for frying), Vanilla sugar — 1 packet (optional)
✅ Instructions:
In a bowl, mix kefir, eggs, sugar, salt, and oil. Whisk well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and soda.
✅ Add the dry mixture to the wet one and whisk until smooth. The batter should be fairly thick but still pourable.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes so the soda can react.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour the batter onto the pan with a spoon and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden.
✅ Serve with honey, jam, condensed milk, berries, or sour cream
