Ground reality of Delhi's waste management under Double Engine:

Ghazipur and Bhalswa landfills still look like mountains from distance. When they catch fire, nearby residents literally breathe poison. Waste segregation exists only in campaigns, not in actual house-to-house implementation. Collection systems remain mixed.

Sanitation standards vary drastically by area — central planned colonies and VIP zones get decent service, but outer colonies, slums, and industrial belts remain in terrible condition.

MCD has permanent staff, sanitation workers, engineers. Double Engine promised no more fund issues, only results. But 9 months later, same garbage bins overflowing, same stench, same stray animals, same broken footpaths.

When all power is in one party's hands, why is progress still so slow?
