Summer's Special Aam Ka Panna | Refreshing Raw Mango Drink

**Ingredients with steps **
650 gms Raw Mango
Wash and peel the skin
Put them in a pressure cooker
Add 1 cup water to boil ambi
Cook upto 6 whistles on medium flame
Allow the cooker to cool down
Remove the excess water
Separate the seeds from the pulp
Add the pulp in a mixer jar
Add 1/4 cup pudina/mint leaves
1/4 cup water
Grind into a fine paste
Take a pan, add 450 gms sugar ( or as per your taste)
Add 224 gms water (Half qty of the sugar)
Let the sugar dissolves
Add the fine mint mango paste
Add 2 tbsp Rosted cumin powder
1.5 tbsp Black pepper
1.5 tbsp Black salt
1 tsp normal salt
Mix them all
Add 2 drops of green food color (optional)
Cook it until becomes sticky.
At last, close the flame and add juice of 2 lemons.
Let it cool down. Store in a glass jar or bottle.
Keep it in the refrigerator.
Serve the drink whenever you want with ice, soaked sabja seeds and chilled water.
