📘 QR Decomposition using Gram–Schmidt Process

In this video, we obtain the QR Decomposition of the matrix

First row: 1 0 0
Second row: 1 1 0
Third row: 1 1 1

Using the Gram–Schmidt Orthogonalization Process, the given matrix A is factorized as
A = QR,
where Q is an orthonormal matrix and R is an upper triangular matrix.
