Alarms on the Vivomove HR are configured in the Garmin Connect app on either Androids or iPhone.

How to Set the Garmin Vivomove HR Alarm:
1. Open the Garmin Connect app on the phone paired with your Garmin Vivomove HR
2. In the top left select the 3 lines to open the left sidebar menu.
3. Scroll down and select Garmin devices
4. Select vivomove HR
5.In the Vivomove HR menu, select Device Settings
6. In Device settings, select Alarms.
7. From Alarms you can select Create Alarm to create and configure your new alarm.
