This is my first recording over Badlands in 1080p. As you can see in my in-flight playlist, I have made several 360 videos before, but the problem with 360 resolution is that it only refers to the input resolution, which is 4k, but then after the 360 processing the result is in much lower resolution. So I did this in 1080p, and given that most modern graphics cards / TVs / projectors have 2x upscaling, you can probably see it 4k if your display has 2x upscaling.

As there is always something that goes wrong, my cam was hit by a bug at 25:38, but fortunately it is only at the upper edge, hiding only parts of the wing and the sky --- you are probably more interested in the Badlands terrain and not the sky.

Now I follow the rock formations until reaching some greenery, then make a half-standard rate turn to the West. Note that "wall"-like structure at 28:35. I was there around 3pm which gave me interesting shadows.
31:12, near Roberts Prairie Dog Town I make a half-standard rate turn back to the East, I wanted to fly over that ridge that is about to come in sight to get back towards the East.

I then continue East, I wanted to get to the Eastern end of the National Park and descend, for footage from Big Badlands Overlook (the Eastern "entrance") onwards back to the West.

I now turn further East to descend, there is a whole huge section of craters and mountains that are not part of the National Park that I thought was worth circling over. I then turn left (North) to descend and fly Westward from the NE Entrance Station / Big Badlands Overlook. For the rest I am mostly 700 - 1000 ft. AGL. Dontcha love it when huge plateaus just break and crater down?

Now I leave the road and head more towards the "Southern" parts of Badlands, those are not directly accessible from road 240. I have no idea how to get to those parts, there are no roads to take you there. Road 44 is far South, this is quite unreachable terrain. I now follow mostly visible ridgelines, trying to spot "green plateaus" and craters, and meeting known sights that I have a waypoints in my GPS.
