I hike and camp up on the Koʻolau summit ridge and use my new Skotti grill! Been waiting years for this grill and it exceeded expectations. I grill up a full BBQ feast with steak, sausage, veggies and fresh rice- you know how we do. I messed up on the audio recording so please forgive where the sound blows out due to wind.
