In the 21st episode of the Perfectly Imperfect Spiritual Podcast, I spoke with Nicolay Jonsson a heart-led Holistic Practitioner, educator, coach and energetic medicine guide who teaches mamas holistic practices to feel good, strong and confident in their bodies naturally.  Empowering mamas to take ownership of their vitality not only for themselves but for their families.

Nicolay shared in the podcast her journey of surrendering and trusting while receiving a cancer diagnosis while being pregnant with her second child.

This beautiful soul, a mama of 4 shared with me how she has learned and developed a connection to her body and how important it is to trust our bodies and to listen to their wisdom.

We touched upon the importance of slowing down and breathing.

We talked about our experiences of giving birth and how can women empower themselves to make decisions that they believe are the best for them and their babies.
