Ingredients:
AP flour 1  & 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Caster sugar 1 cup
Vegetable oil ½ cup
Yogurt ¼ cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Red food colour a few drops
Butter milk (1 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar) Whipped cream for icing ½ cup

Method:
• Start with making buttermilk by mixing room temperature milk with vinegar. • Set aside 5 mins.
• Sift together All purpose flour, Cocoa powder and baking soda. Set aside. • Beat together sugar and oil until sugar is incorporated.
• Add yogurt, oil and food colour. Combine.
• Add dry flour-mix and buttermilk. Fold gently to combine.
• Brush the baking tray with some butter, pour the cake batter and bake at 180 degree C for 30-35 mins. • Once the cake is cool, take a cookie-cutter and cut round pieces. • For decorating, whip some cream until stiff peaks achieved.
• Now, decorate the cake as shown or the way you like to make your mom super happy!!
