And here is Melanie Duggal UNPLUGGED once again singing the popular HERMAN’S HERMIT’S cover (CARPENTER’S also did a cover of this song) ‘ ‘THERE’S A KIND OF HUSH’ .

I have sung some awesome harmonies of ‘oohhs’ and ‘ahhhaass’ lol - and also done the entire acoustic guitar and other parts in this recreated track.
Melanie has simply nailed this song ..thanks Melanie.
This track is played as an UNPLUGGED version with only acoustic guitar played by me doing the fill in’s and chords and I must say it sounds so good this way also.

MELANIE DUGGAL is an accomplished singer / live shows performer in English and hindi languages for so many years and of late is so popular in the live performances band circuit here in Bombay and elsewhere. She is seen almost everywhere with her music in the social media circuit. Thanks for singing on ‘MGS’ Melanie - you are too good !!!.

The CARPENTERS were an American vocal and instrumental duo consisting of siblings KAREN (1950–1983) and RICHARD CARPENTER (b. 1946). They produced a distinct soft musical style, combining Karen's contralto vocals with Richard's arranging and composition skills. During their 14-year career, the Carpenters recorded ten albums, along with numerous singles and several television specials.

The CARPENTER’S album, A KIND OF HUSH, was released on June 11, 1976, and was certified gold. Their biggest single that year was this cover of ‘HERMAN’S HERMIT’S' "There's a Kind of Hush (All Over the World)", which peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
