This set has been designed by me being a practical parent with years of experience in anxiety management. My daughter is Autistic and has related Anxiety Disorder. We have struggled for years to make adjustments to her environment clothes surroundings etc to reduce the daily anxiety and its been a bumpy road. Last year I made her a Love Elf as her main anxiety seemed to be separation from me. I would kiss the elf on the way to school and she would hold him and kiss him when she needed to. He would stay in his pouch on her bag so she didn't lose him (discreetly).

Poppy and I chatted a few weeks ago about what we thought other children with similar issues may find helpful as the countdown begins to the start of a new school year and even new school for some (Poppy included 😬). As there are many elements of daily routine that children struggled with, we decided I would make a kit so the Worry Fairies could make the most impact throughout the day.

My daughter is 9 years old and thankfully now more able to discuss what helps her during times of stress and anxiety, these kind of tools help her reduce anxiety and take charge and manage it. It sadly doesn't take the anxiety away.
