ومغسول
اول شي بنجيب لية الخروف وبنضعها بالمقلا ه عشان تذوب وتصير سائله
بنضيف انواع الفليفله المقسمه بنذبله مدة دقيقتين
وبنوضعها في صحن
وبعدين بنفس المقلاه بنوضع الكبده وبنحركها ندة ثلاث دفائق ما بنطول عليها عسان ما تشد وتصير قاسيه
وبنضيف البصبل والفليفله بس بنحركهم مع بعض وبنشيلهلها وصحتين وعافيه
