A quick bolinha recipe for Christmas / Goan bolinhas

Quick recipe for Goan Bolinhas: This video presents detailed steps on how to make bolinhas, Christmas bolinhas, the delicious and traditional Goan semolina and coconut cookies in a much shorter time. In the traditional recipe, the soft bolinha dough has to be rested overnight. But my Goan Christmas recipe for bolinhas requires no overnight resting of the dough.
