It's the zone version of the 46 Bear Cover 1 I shared last week. What I like about this Madden 24 zone blitz is there are three different blitz setups that you can bring heat from three different defenders based on how you set it up. Which can make things very difficult for your opponent, as he won't know who is going to get unblocked.
