No one can argue with the fact that the Philippines is facing an education crisis. It is truly infuriating that the newly installed administration chose to focus on the implementation of mandatory ROTC rather than the more pressing issues within the education system. For that reason, I created a video documentary discussing the implications and catalysts surrounding the failure of the Philippine education system.
