Classical Conditioning is a learning process that occurs when two stimuli are repeatedly paired: a response that is at first elicited by the second stimulus is eventually elicited by the first stimulus alone. And if you don’t know what a stimulus is, it’s a thing or event that evokes a specific functional reaction in an organ or tissue. First, the first stimuli evoke a natural response by the subject while the second doesn’t, but after enough parings together the second becomes condition d causes the response to happen.

Operate Conditioning is a type of learning in which an organism learns through the consequences of its behavior. The subject has a choice to respond. It actively does the behavior. Operate conditioning can be divided into 2 categories: Reinforcement and Punishment. And these categories can be further divided into positive and negative.
Reinforcement is defined as something that strengthens the behavior.
Reinforcement can be positive and positive reinforcement is the addition of a positive stimulus.
Negative reinforcement is the removal of an unpleasant stimulus.
Operating conditioning can also include punishment. Punishment is used to reduce a behavior.
Punishments can be positive and positive punishment is the addition of an unpleasant stimulus.
Punishment can also be negative and negative punishment is the removal of a rewarding stimulus.

How do I incorporate this into my subliminal? ( I’ll try to explain it the best way I can)
Specific affirmations, words, phrases that you may hear or actions that you may do that will be absorbed to both your conscious and subconscious mind. Eventually, after enough pairing, every time you listen to subliminal, hear a certain word/phrase, or do a certain action will evoke by your conscious/subconscious mind to change whatever feature/aspect that you want to change about yourself until you get your full desired results. Everything from speech to emotional responses will simply pattern the stimulus and response.

In shorter terms: certain affirmations/words/phrases/actions evoke the conscious/subconscious. Evoked conscious/subconscious mind evokes a natural reaction into changing insert feature you want to change until you get your full desired results.

Note that conditional statements are not always written in ‘if-then’ statements. p=q is only false when the hypothesis (p) is true and the conclusion (q) is false; otherwise, it is true.

q - I get an allowance ( the conclusion )
