There are just so many feels in this scene!
Elsa sacrificing herself in the bid to protect Anna, its just a spot-on scene.
I guess the Snow Queen was taken aback by this too, seeing how her sister-bond-thingy has become futile.

Which gets me thinking, can't she just open the urn once again at the point of time to let Elsa out? Its like ooopsie, let me take you out again by just twisting open the cap and tadah you're out kind of thing. whispers to myself: "Don't overthink it"
