New York Attorney General Letitia James was indicted on one count of bank fraud and one count of giving false statements. She called the charges baseless and politically motivated, accusing President Trump of using the Justice Department for revenge. The indictment follows Mr. Trump's public calls for her prosecution after she led a civil fraud case against him last year.
