For today's upload I've prepared a list of 8 different calisthenics exercises/skills and the challenge is to execute as many of them as possible SINGLE-HANDED. As mentioned in the video, if you can only repeat the first 2 moves of the list - that is already considered to be an intermediate-advanced level of calisthenics, and definitely proves that you've already built a huge amount of strength through bodyweight exercising.
