00:00 - Intro: The owner of this driveway was extremely frustrated. They had already demoed and repoured this driveway once before, and it had sank again. They wanted a permanent solution this time — without the mess and cost of another full replacement.
00:25 - SlabJacker Tool: This new tool helps us manually lift slabs to an even level. As the SlabJacker helps us hold up a slab, we are then able to inject our PolyLevel foam underneath of it.
00:40 - PolyLevel Lift: We drill small, penny-sized holes in the concrete and inject high-density polyurethane foam beneath the slab. As the foam expands, it lifts the concrete back to its original position and fills any voids, creating a stable, long-lasting base. This process is like putting together a puzzle, but Keith & DJ were able to level everything out smoothly.
01:05 - Crack Repairs: After we leveled all the slabs out, we then cleaned between the cracks and joints in the slabs to prepare them for our sealant.
01:21 - NexusPro Sealant: We sealed the cracks and joints with a flexible, UV-resistant sealant that blocks water, prevents future erosion, and stays looking great for years.
01:44 - NexusPro Sand Finishing: We then use a matching colored sand to help match the sealant to the existing concrete finish. We have many different sand options.
01:56 - Void Filling: We made sure to fill the voids underneath the driveway on the sides with the foam. This will make sure critters won't be able to burrow underneath the driveway any longer.
02:14 - Finished Driveway: After leveling all the slabs, sealing the cracks & joints, filling the voids, and covering the pea-sized holes back up, we were able to finish the project in a day. We used over 400 pounds of our PolyLevel foam, making this repair one of our bigger projects. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome, and they were able to save thousands of dollars by not having to repour their driveway again.
