This Monday and Tuesday, we facilitated the BoD and BoD-1 as well as the OD Human Capital team from BCA Insurance to produce a final draft of the organizational structure that will serve as a reference for running the business in 2026.

This ranges from an organizational approach based on the source of business (SoB) to an approach based on insurance products, combine with business channels, up to the support functions that must back-end the achievement of business targets in 2026.

The key point here is how to define each existing organizational function along with the boundaries of Rules, Roles, and Responsibilities. The same applies to when we need to create organizational boxes and ellipses (bubbles). Everything must have a clear definition and boundaries. Therefore, the matrix of position impact vs position complexity vs span of control becomes important in this organizational design.

However, the result of this organizational design will be "lean & agile" organization.
