The People's Volunteer Army entered Korea on October 19th, 1950, their objective being to aid the Korean people's army in driving the american and UN forces back to the 38th parallel and retake Pyongyang, they succeeded, and thanks to China's resistance against american imperialism the UN forces had been fully driven out of the DPRK by 1952.
