The VA's #AppealsModernizationAct, otherwise known as AMA, has completely changed the process of submitting documentation for appeal. Prior to this, the previous system allowed us to submit documentation as we received it. This is no longer the case, all documentation and medical records need to be submitted to the VA upfront.
