Pre-Cruise FUN in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 Holland River Cruise Vlog 2023 - The Popular Cruising Report [Ep. 3]

The third episode of The Popular Cruising Report is here! We explore Amsterdam before boarding Heidi's first river cruise to head further into Holland (The Netherlands) and Belgium and taste all the local food.

First, we introduce our viewers to Amsterdam and the ease of local transportation then visit Theater Tuschinski and marvel at its magnificent architecture and legacy. Next on our agenda is the famous Van Stapele Koekmakerij cookie shop and taste testing, taking a vintage street car from Dam Square, dining at Café Américain and drinking at the Cafe Int Aepjen "Monkey Bar."
➡️ Also on the list are the delicious Amsterdam Cheese Museum, moving Anne Frank House, scenic Flagship Canal Cruise and adorable Jordaan Neighborhood including its mouthwatering Crispy Bacon Sandwich House and sweet Monte Pelmo ice cream shop. The next morning, we have breakfast at the cute De Laatste Kruimel.

After our time in Amsterdam, we board Emerald Cruises' lovely Emerald Luna for its Holland and Belgium in Bloom itinerary and sail towards Zaandam and the popular windmills of Zaanse Schans, practice clog making and then visit the Delfshaven Neighborhood, Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, Markthal, Royal Delft and Delft Neighborhood of Rotterdam. Heidi privately checks out the Mauritshuis in The Hague, and then we both give a breaking weather report from Willemstad, The Netherlands and explain what it's like to transit river locks. We then take a city walking tour of Antwerp, Belgium, eating waffles and fries along the way, and then get exclusive access to Paleis Het Loo via Arnhem. And last but certainly not least we spend an afternoon in the tulip and other flower fields of Keukenhof upon our return to Amsterdam.
