Stuck on GNU Grub Screen after Deleting Ubuntu/Linux Partition Do This !!
In this video I have explained why this happens and how you can fix it easily in under 5 minutes.

Commands:
ls [press enter] - lists partitions of all disks
ls {partitionNames}/ [press enter] - find out the one that has efi folder inside and
keep note of the name like (hd0,gpt1)
insmod chain [press enter]
chainloader (hd0,gpt1)/efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi [press enter]
boot [press enter]

now you will boot into windows, now we will delete the boot entries that are left of our linux/ubuntu installation using

Right click on start menu and run powershell/cmd/terminal as admin (Run as Adminstrator)

Command:
mountvol B: /s [press enter] - this will mount the boot partition of our windows

if this does not work or throws any error try with different letters X,Y,Z
e.g: mountvol X: /s
