We have finally been able to change our lives to be something different and better, and to settle into that different space, making it more comfortable.

As a result, we now are starting to feel happier and more excited about life, knowing that some of these other bigger and heavier things have been taken care of.

That happiness and excitement then helps us to talk and think about ourselves and our lives in a different and better way that allows us to move forward feeling more hopeful.

It also helps us to get more of our energy and momentum back to pursue things in life that we enjoy and to work towards them.

We could still be feeling a bit heavy and uncertain about where all this is going, who we are becoming, and how everything will play out over time. We could also feel a bit worried that this excitement we are just now experiencing will not last more than just a few days or weeks before the next hard thing happens.

But we are learning to push down those uncomfortable feelings for now, and ride the wave forward since we are starting to feel much better and more optimistic about life — something many of us may have not felt in a very long time.
