Last summer, I took one of my favorite kinds of tours—the kind where the Pacific Northwest shows off just enough to remind you why you fell in love with it in the first place. The air was fresh, the light was doing that magical thing it only does here, and every neighborhood felt like it had a story it was itching to tell.
I wasn’t just wandering around for fun (though, let’s be honest, I absolutely stopped to admire a few jaw-dropping views). I was doing what I do best: touring homes, exploring neighborhoods, absorbing the nuances, and connecting the dots between architecture, lifestyle, and the people who are looking for that perfect place to call home.
Because Tacoma and Gig Harbor aren’t “backup plans” to Seattle. They aren’t afterthoughts. They’re vibrant, layered, beautiful places with their own personalities—and if you’re considering the South Sound, you deserve a Realtor who knows it inside and out, not someone treating it like a side quest.

Driving along the waterfront, watching boats bob in the harbor, it’s impossible not to fall a little in love. Morning walks, decks with views, tall evergreens, salty air—it’s the kind of place that feels like an escape without being impractical.
Homes in Gig Harbor are about light, views, flow, and how indoor and outdoor spaces interact. I pay close attention to how windows frame the water, how decks extend living space, how materials complement the landscape.
