WATCH IN HD! This is Eddie's Italia, one of the many maps produced by Eddie for SWBF1 (and later converted to SWBF2 by squipple, separate reviews for them later). The map itself is an attempt to recreate the famous Italy map in Counter Strike, and while not a direct port it does a fairly accurate job whilst taking enough creative liberties to make an interesting new environment for Battlefront. The map is fairly large in size, with a fair selection of command posts for both sides being placed at each end of the map, causing both sides to converge in the centre of the map for an all out close quarters battle. The only negative to this being that it takes a while to get to the action and due to the narrow alleys and turns, the map doesn't off any form of vehicle to get around. Despite this, the map is fairly well put together and makes for some good urban combat.
The map offers support for both the Clone Wars and Galactic Civil War eras. The sides are simply the stock units and skins which is a little disappointing but doesn't detract anything from the map.
The map is relatively bug free and I didn't experience anything out of the ordinary whilst playing through.
