अच्युतं केशवं रामनारायणं
कृष्णदामोदरं वासुदेवं हरिम् ।
श्रीधरं माधवं गोपिकावल्लभं
जानकीनायकं रामचंद्रं भजे ॥

Describes the different forms in which Sri Krishna performed his Leelas.Some of the forms are:-

1•Achyuta-One who is infallible.
2•Keshav-One who killed the demon Keshi and has beautiful hair and controls everyone.
3•Ram-One who is the incarnation of Narayan(who removes blemishes).
4•Naryana-One who is the supreme god of the entire human clan.
5•Krishna-One who attracts everyone by his divine beauty and attributes.
6•Damodar-One who has been tied by Mother Yashoda around the waist.
7•Vasudeva-One who is son of Vasudev.
8•Hari-One who takes away sins and recieves offerings of the Yajna.
9•Sridhara-One who bears Sri on his chest.
10•Madhav-One who is consort of Mahalakshmi.
11•Gopika-One who is the beloved of the Gopis.
12•Ramchandra-One who is the Lord of Devi Janaki(Mata Sita).
