How to reset windows password without logging in

What do you do if you forget your Windows password? Proceed with these only steps if your data is not needed. If you are looking for a way to retrieve your data, try to remove the internal drive, and connect it through the external enclosure or seek advice from a data recovery specialist.

First, at the login page. Hold down the "Shift” Key, "restart".

At the “Choose an option” screen. Select “Troubleshoot” , “reset this pc”, “Remove everything”.

It will load into “Reset This PC” screen. Select “Local Install”, “Fully Clean the Drive”, “Reset”

PC will start resetting and installing Windows. It will take some time. Some PC might prompt “A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM”. Just hit “F12” as “Yes”.

Once 100% completed, it will bring you to the welcome page. Following it and set up your new Windows.
