Spiritual practice encourages, inspires and aligns us with the innate, inherent divinity within us all. Concepts like an "invisible" bucket that exist within us can lead us to consciously, fill, re-fill and empty as needed. As we are more aligned with our own fullness, we are more equipped and therefore more likely and able to "fill the buckets" of others. We can also more quickly restore our inner bucket levels when we experience being "dipped into" by the emotions, actions or intensity of others' behaviors. How have you filled your bucket today?
