Amazing small backyard DIY modern greenhouse built cheap!

DIY backyard greenhouse build. All of the lumber in this greenhouse (except the pressure treated 4x4 base and cedar skirting) is from ripped down 2x6 boards from a deck demolition. I chose the shed roof to maximize sun exposure. It’s 12’x8’

The main cost is the plastic panels. I went with a higher-end polycarbonate product, but you could probably cut some cost if you buy the cheaper stuff at a big box store.

Concrete, anchors and blocks: $100
PT 4x4 base: $80
Framing Lumber: Free, but wrecked 3 table saw blades by hitting screws.
8mm twin wall polycarbonate: $1500 (including trim pieces, fasteners and delivery)
Flashing: $100
Cedar skirting (not necessary): $80
Sliding door hardware and roller guides (Amazon) : $135
Wood stain/sealer: $50
Misc screws and staples: $150
Total about $2200
