TF2's Most Unnecessary Random Mechanic

Random Bullet Spread as a mechanic is one we've all experienced in our time playing team fortress 2, but most never put any thought into what it actually does to the game. Unlike random crits, which are incredibly easy to spot from how effective and '''balanced'''' they are. Now, you might be thinking, ...well how bad IS random bullet spread?

Of course, that depends on the situation, but it would be much easier to display my deeper thoughts within the actual video, so please enjoy!
