You can buy scanners from the hologram NPC, and buy the bait pole from the new Hazmat NPC for just under $3000 to summon the boss.

The Hazmat NPC can be summoned into a habitable room using a guaranteed Battery drop from any of the new Battle Arenas.

In this video we discuss how to locate the boss, what NOT to do when prepping to fight, take the boss on 3 times to go over various strategies and outcomes, show what happens when you scan immediately after defeating it, assess the boss drops and more!
