Oral thin film manufacturing machine is specialized in making liquid materials into thin film. It can be used to make quick-dissolvable oral films, transfilms, and mouth freshener strips etc.
It is suitable for the coating composite production of paper, film, metal foil, etc. The whole power system adopts the AC variable frequency stepless speed regulation system composed of frequency converter. And the winding is manually controlled by the magnetic clutch tension.
The working principle of the machine is evenly coated a layer of liquid material on the surface of the reel base roll. The solvent is rapidly evaporated and dried through drying channel. And winding up after cooling . Then, get the final products of the film

Main features
1. PLC programmable controller and servo technology are used to control the operation of the whole machine; the bottom support material is pulled and driven by servo, with high precision and stable operation.
2. The film roll winding adopts adaptive slip mode, the tension of large and small rolls is stable, and the operation is simple.
3. Independent oven (external heater, hot air circulation drying): segmented temperature control is adjustable.
4. Precision coating roller is used for coating and metering.
5. Automatic infusion system: automatically detect the liquid level of the liquid tank, and automatically transport the liquid to the liquid tank if it is lower than the liquid level.
