SCHOOL SECURITY
 The Indian High School ensures the safety and wellbeing of all people within the school community through implementing effective security measures.
 No person, vehicle or item is permitted to enter or exit the campus without security clearance.
 A Security Guard will patrol all areas of the school at regular intervals, checking for the presence of unauthorized personnel/goods within the campus.
 Security Patrol will verbally inform the Headmistress /Assistant Headmistress /Admin Manager immediately if he observes any student indiscipline issue:
o Suspicious movements of students anywhere on the campus
o Presence of students at unauthorized points on the campus. Presence of

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
 Students should be treated with respect, consideration and dignity.
 Every student has the right to privacy and confidentiality.
 Students should be given the opportunity to participate in decisions involving their healthcare.
 Abuse (physical, emotional, sexual and potential) of children can cause serious behavioral problems.
 It is our responsibility for the Care and Protection of SDs and other students on the campus.
 The maintenance of an Anti-Bullying environment in the school is the shared responsibility of the whole school community.

 Bullying takes many forms, all of which will cause distress. Examples of bullying include: Physical, Verbal, Non-Verbal, Exclusion, Extortion, Property, Cyber, Students of Determinations...

MEDICAL EMERGENCY
 The school medical Centre recognizes its responsibility to provide adequate and appropriate first aid and emergency treatment to pupils and staff, and the procedures in place to meet that responsibility.
 School medical Centre staff is trained in Basic Life Support (BLS) and can manage any significant injury or medical emergency appropriately.
 First aid boxes have been supplied to various departments throughout the school campus and in all the school buses. These are refilled regularly.
 First-aid training is provided to all school bus drivers and conductors annually. EMERGENCY EVACUATION
 The policy ensures the evacuation/ response of students and staff within the shortest period in different emergencies.
