10 MLAS DISQUALIFICATION MATTER: GOA CONGRESS APPROACHES HIGH COURT

GPCC President Girish Chodankar has filed petition before the High Court challenging the order of the Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly dismissing disqualification petition against 10 MLAs. Petitioner Girish has contended that perverse, bad in law, biased and completely against the Constitutional mandate of prevention of political defection as contemplated under the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
