Do you need to avoid nightshade vegetables? Try to go without them for 30-60 days to see if you feel any different. Eating these on occasion won't do you any harm, unless you are really sensitive, BUT this is just something to be aware of as someone w/ lupus, and those with autoimmune diseases may consider limiting them or cutting them out of your diet. I try to avoid these at home, but when I go out to eat, I do eat them in moderation.
