Replacing Leaking Coolant Flange - Audi A4 B7 S-Line 1.8T 2006

Описание к видео Replacing Leaking Coolant Flange - Audi A4 B7 S-Line 1.8T 2006

In this repair video I replace the plastic coolant flange on a 2006 Audi A4 B7 S-Line 1.8 T to cure a significant coolant leak. I use genuine Audi parts & G12 coolant/antifreeze and bleed the cooling system through the designated bleed screw on the metal coolant pipe. This process involves the removal of breather pipes, the secondary air injection valve and associated pipe work, along with the air cleaner/filter housing/box to gain access to the flange which is mounted on the back of the cylinder head, close to the bulkhead/firewall.

Coolant flange part number from Volkswagen Group = 06B 121 132E
