-removal of vanity and toliet
-removal of base molding
-removal of shower door
-demo of shower walls/floor
-demo of bathroom floor

-subfloor prep
-valve wall framing adjustments
-building of shower (wall board, shower base, waterproofing)
-installation of shower wall tile, shower floor, curb,bathroom floor

Client was responsible for:

-all tile (porcelain tile can be $3-$4 a ft to $11-$12 ft roughly)
-all plumbing
-all finishing of the bathroom (toilet,shower doors, vanity,molding,paint etc)
