HIKING THE DUTCH MOUNTAIN TRAIL (100km to Maastricht)

DAY 1:
We slept in the car close to Eygelshoven trainstation. The official start of the Dutch Mountain Trail. After 33km of hiking we slept in Bilderberg Kasteel Vaalsbroek. A bit fancy for our needs, but it was the only hotel close to the trail + a nice experience!

DAY 2:
Started at 8 AM after a lovely breakfast. After 36km of hiking in the heat we arrived at Hotel De Plank, close to the trail. Just in time before a thunderstorm.

DAY 3:
Started at 9AM and hiked 31km all the way to Maastricht wich is the official finish of the trail. We took a train back to Eygelshoven to pick up the car.
